An opportunity for new or experienced weavers ready to experiment with color and weave structure. Participants explore the illusion of a complex design using more than two colors in the log cabin weave structure, then create unique fabric by direct contrast, echoing, or shading the threaded pattern. Samplers can be used as framed pieces or crafted into small useful projects. The studio will be open during the week to practice skills and keep on schedule with the project before the second and third sessions are held. Direction and instruction will be given every step of the way to accomplish the goal.
