This week Denise talks with Amber Shride, the Resource Development Coordinator for Monroe County Casa. Monroe County CASA, Inc. is a non-profit organization that recruits, trains and supervises court appointed advocates to advocate for children who are involved in juvenile court due to abuse or neglect. Volunteer advocacy is based on the belief that all children are entitled to a safe and permanent home.
