This week Denise talks with Scott Albers and Jo Gilbertson from St Vincent DePaul in Bloomington. The society of St. Vincent de Paul is an all-volunteer organization that serves the poor and unfortunate here in Monroe County, Indiana. Although a primarily Catholic-led organization, they welcome volunteers who are dedicated to the principles of spirituality, friendship, and service.

This week guest host Denise speaks with Emily Pike, the executive director for New Hope for Families. The two discuss the roles "New Hope" plays within the community and the programs the group provides.
